Who are we
As an innovative practitioner in the global intelligent manufacturing field, Dongguan Mi.An Mold Co., Ltd., formerly known as Dongguan Antai Mold Factory, was established in 2013. Since the establishment, we've been always focusing on the research and development, design and intelligent manufacturing services of high-precision plastic injection molds. We have been specializing in automotive parts, providing one-stop solutions from mold designs to mass production, supporting value-added products for over 200 enterprises in over 20 countries worldwide.

Equipped with more than 40 intelligent production lines, integrated with international cutting-edge equipment such as five axis linkage machining centers and Swiss Hexagon coordinate detection systems, we've built a precision manufacturing system with an tolerance of 0.01mm.

The startup team mainly came from world-famous injection mold enterprises with over 20 years of related experience, leading the technical staff of over 70 members to strictly practice ISO9001:2015 quality control system during the whole process.

Establish a full supply chain management system from BASF special engineering plastics in Germany to Hitachi Metals in Japan, adopt SPC process control technology, and achieve an industry benchmark of mold life exceeding 500000 mold cycles.
